Returns are never a problem. Just return the item(s) in its original unused condition within 15 days and we will issue a prompt refund or exchange for the full price of the merchandise.
We take great pride in our customer service and your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping to TiesForMen.com. Exchanges are shipped back to the customer from TiesForMen.com at regular shipping rates.
Please insure that the merchandise is neatly packaged in the original packaging. Unfortunately, returns that arrive damaged or dirty will be charged a $15.00 processing fee for each item not in original condition. If purchased with free shipping, in the case of a return original shipping rates will be applied and deducted from reimbursement of return. All tags must still be attached and ties in the tie sleeves. TiesForMen.com does not reimburse return shipping, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We strongly recommend if you are returning an item to purchase insurance.
If possible, please use the original packaging for your return. If unable, then please use a quality carton or bag. Send to us via the Post Office with insurance. Always keep your receipt until your exchange arrives safely to you or your refund appears on your statement.
Please allow up to 15 days for us to receive and process your return. We will exchange or refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged for that item. You are responsible for insuring that your return or exchange reaches us in the required 15 days. TiesForMen.com will not be responsible for any lost or misdirected packages. If you refuse delivery of your order, you authorize TiesForMen.com to charge your credit card a fee of $20.00 to cover the return cost and restocking of the refused package.
